Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our primary goal. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of the products you have purchased at LaQuintamedspa.com, you may return the unused portion of a product for a full refund less shipping.
· To qualify you must obtain an RMA# and return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt of your order. Returns will not qualify for credit without an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number.)
· Returns that do not meet the above criteria will not qualify for a refund. Please make sure that you qualify before returning your items. If you have any questions or concerns or are unclear as to whether or not you qualify for a refund, contact La Quinta Medpsa at 760-396-9353, Monday through Friday, 8AM – 5PM PST, Saturday 9AM - 12PM PST. Please follow the instructions below carefully before returning items.
Return Procedure
· Obtain your RMA# within 30 days of receipt of your order via phone by calling us at La Quinta Medpsa at 760-396-9353, Monday through Friday, 8AM – 5PM PST, Saturday 9AM - 12PM PST..
· All parts, pieces and printed materials must be in their original packaging.
· Please include a copy of your invoice and RMA# with your return.
· Use a trackable and or insured shipping method as we can not be responsible for lost return shipments.
· Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt and a credit will be issued in the original form of payment |
